The holidays and tours featured on this site are tailored and private from start to finish.
A deposit or full payment is needed to make and confirm a reservation. If a deposit has been made, the balance is required 8 weeks before travel.
Cancellations must be done in writing by email. We will offer a FULL REFUND for cancellations made at least 35 days prior to departure. 30% of the total holiday cost will be retained for cancellations made 34 – 11 days prior to departure. 60% of the total holiday cost will be retained for cancellations made 10 days prior to departure.
Card or Bank Transfer.
We advise you to purchase a full travel insurance covering cancellations, health, lost baggage, accident and personal effects. We do not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any personal effects.
Our responsibility as a tour operator is limited. We act only as an agent for hotels and other sub contractors. We are liable for operating the services we advertise. We can accept no liability for any losses, damage, accidents, personal injury and change of schedules which occur beyond our control. However, we are eager to offer assistance in any unfortunate circumstances. We can be in no way be held responsible for the action, personal conduct or moral behavior of any tour member. We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any applicant, or exclude from the further participation in the tour if in the sole judgement such participant’s action is incompatible with the interest of the group, in which case proportional refund for the land program will be made by us. Any disability requiring special attention or treatment needs to be reported to us when booking.
