Cardio
These
sessions will be tailored to your needs and abilities and fitness
level. They will involve either outdoor running with a warm up and
cool down or an hour with an instructor in the gym using treadmills
x-trainers, rowing machines and bikes.
Boxercise
This will be fun challenging sport specific workout
that not only burns a huge amount of calories but help with all round
co-ordination balance timing and motor skills. Boxercise will leave
you energized focused and fighting fit.
Personal Training
Will be a one to one personalized program with
a trainer designed to help keep on track with your goals.
Core and Abs
A 30 minute work out designed to target and concentrate
on the muscles responsible for our stability and balance. The session
will use techniques from pilates, yoga, martial arts and other physical
therapies to activate all the muscles responsible for a flat stomach
and good posture.
Swimming
Small calorie burning challenges designed to
consolidate and compliment the days training without additional pressure
on the joints.
Stretching and Relaxation
These sessions will focus on flexibility
mobilization and recovery. We will be using breathing and light meditation
to wind down the body for a good nights sleep.

of study and experience, Erkan has become an accomplished personal
trainer, working in various gyms across central London, who incorporates
elements from Yoga, Chi Gong, Tai Chi, Meditation, Boxing and resistance
training into his customised programs. Erkan is also a Bio Signature
practitioner, who understands the key role of supplements and good
nutrition in building muscle and burning fat. The result is a unique
and efficient system for toning, fat reduction and postural realignment.

Spa in Turkey that I realized I was experiencing accelerated results during
resistance training. The combination of sunshine, sea air, good organic

Premier personal training diploma, sports nutrition diploma, sports massage
diploma, Swedish massage diploma, Paul Check Swiss Ball qualified, qualified
as Poliquin bio signature modulation practitioner, 10 years of martial
arts training, certified in performance boxing for fitness professionals
with the optimal life fitness group. Erkan currently practices at The Harbour
Club in Notting Hill. |
